If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Food will be served family style, but the servers will bring you a special plate. Indicate your dietary restrictions on the RSVP form!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttles to the reception hall (Pear Tree Estate) from the Residence Inn, but there will not be a shuttle to and from the church itself for the ceremony. A shuttle option may be added to the Country Inn & Suites, depending on shuttle availability (check back here, we will edit if we know there will be a shuttle).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at both the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive about 30 minutes ahead of time in order to park, find your seat, and get settled.

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal. And both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, so no need to worry too much about dressing warm enough.
