Question

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2pm sharp! Please arrive by 1:30pm to secure your seat! Doors will be closed during the processional and will reopen once it is complete.

What time does the reception begin?

Answer

The reception will begin at 4:30pm.

Why a social hour?

Answer

We encourage our guests and families to mingle and embrace community. We will have light refreshments and board games for you to enjoy!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We plan for the formal activities to be done by 7pm. After 7pm, we invite our friends and family to join us for dancing and more praise & worship! Then, the reception will end promptly at 8pm. An announcement will be made around 7:30pm for guests to begin cleaning up and gathering their belongings.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 31, 2025. We would like all of you to attend, but we need to notify our vendors in a timely fashion! Please contact us if there's any concerns or hang-ups!

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place in the same building, "The Ballroom". The address is 9832 Cherry Hill Rd, College Park, MD 20740. Signage and ushers will be available to direct you.

Where do I sit?

Answer

There are no assigned seats for the ceremony, but the first two rows are reserved for immediate family. For the reception, there will be a seating chart. Feel free to sit in any chair at your assigned table!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite all children, we can only accommodate a few immediate family children. We hope that you understand our decision, and are still able to join us on our special day!

Is there free parking?

Answer

Of course! Guest parking is located in front of and past the ballroom venue. Signs and personnel will be available to direct you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "cocktail”. In addition, we would love if you wore bright and fun colors as the theme is Summer Sunset! Bring out the greens, oranges, yellows, pinks, purples, and floral prints! No black or rose gold please! Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to include everyone, we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to our limited guest capacity. We hope you can understand and hope to see you there!

Can I post pictures and videos to my social media?

Answer

Sure! We will also have a QR code for you to scan and upload your pics/vids after the ceremony.
