Best Man
Brian and Kevin first met in high school when they both played on the varsity basketball team their sophomore year. They became close friends starting in basketball practice where they often guarded each other. Following high school, they remained close by going on summer camping trips to the Outer Banks, late night bonfires, visiting each other over breaks, and developing a mutual interest in bourbon and beer. Brian joined the Navy after graduating from Virginia Military Institute and was tough to reach while underway, but Kevin and Brian always made sure to keep in contact whenever possible. Since moving back to Virginia, Brian and Kevin's friendship picked up right where it left off, and included bar hopping and game nights with their significant others Nicki and Allison.
Odessa Thacker
Maid of Honor
Allison and Odessa met at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in 1st grade, and quickly became close friends. Even though they were no longer classmates after graduating elementary school, they have stayed best friends throughout every new stage of their lives. They have many fond memories and have enjoyed traveling with their other close friends to places like Key West, Nassau, and Ireland. Odessa has been fortunate enough to watch Kevin and Allison through all the stages of their relationship since the beginning, and is thrilled to finally be living out their childhood plans of being Allison’s Maid of Honor.
Alek Grzegorzewski
Groomsman
Alek and Kevin first became friends in highschool. They have many fond memories of goofing off in Gym and Art class, basketball games, Senior Skip Day at Virginia Beach, and after school trips to their favorite sandwich shop: The Subway Station. After graduating highschool, Alek and Kevin remained close by going on summer camping trips to the Outer Banks, concerts at the Virginia Beach amphitheater, and hanging out at the beach.
Ashley Mandrick

Allison and I went to different high schools but I was lucky enough to meet her through Odessa and we instantly became very good friends. Allison has always been someone I can truly be myself around. I can always count on Allison to join in on whatever weird and goofy activities I’m getting into. After meeting Kevin much later in our friendship, I’ve seen how happy they are together and I’m so excited to celebrate their big day with them!
Thomas Dail
Groomsman
Thomas and Kevin first became friends at the lunch table in high school. The two became close friends during summer concerts, beach trips, and coffee runs to Bad Ass Coffee. Today they remain close with late night bonfires, endless sports debates, and play dates with their dogs, Taj and Jameson. Thomas even helped Kevin plan and scout the location where he proposed to Allison.
Brooke Hudnall
Bridesmaid
Brooke and Allison met through the Maid of Honor back in High School. They bonded quickly over the shared hatred of their job at the retirement home. As they grew closer over the years they have traveled together to Key West, Ohio, Ireland, and several day trips to OBX. Brooke has always been happy to third wheel with the couple on their adventures, is excited to continue to do so even after they’re married.
Jake Jackson
Groomsman
Jake and Kevin met their Sophomore year of college when they were roommates. Kevin owes his bachelor's degree to his friendship with Jake, because he was the first person to convince Kevin to spend any time in the campus library. The two remain close by participating in fantasy football and March Madness Bracket Challenges, making fun of Kirk Cousins, and jokes about Tudor's Biscuit World.
Heather Banikas

Allison and I met in Spain during the summer before our senior year of college and became fast friends. The first thing I noticed about her was how we could laugh about anything and everything. Since then, we’ve had numerous adventures together. I know I can always come to her for anything. I’m so excited for this next chapter with her and Kevin. They deserve the world!
John Lunde

John and Kevin first met Freshman year at the University of Mary Washington. John was so excited when he found out that Kevin and Allison started dating that he made both of them sign a "dating contract", that he and his future wife, Grace, then signed as witnesses. Kevin and John lived together their Sophomore year of college, and John convinced Kevin to join his fraternity. Since then, the two have grown close on mountain weekend trips, beach trips, and a shared love of Tudor's Biscuit World.

I met Kevin and Allison during our freshman year of college and lived with Allison the next three years at UMW. I witnessed a beautiful relationship blossom between Kevin and Allison and have loved watching it grow ever since. Allison and I spent so much time together in college, from fostering kittens (for only two weeks….), seeing Madonna in concert, pretending to be Blair and Serena in NYC, and spending a majority of our time in the library with our closest friends (“ladies!”). I cherish the countless memories I have made with Kevin and Allison and look forward to many with them as husband and wife. Cheers to the Sullivans!
Dave MacLaurin

Dave and Kevin met in 2007 when he started dating Kevin's sister, Kelly. Kevin was a groomsman at Dave and Kelly's wedding. Although not related by blood, Kevin views Dave as an older brother who he can go to any time for advice. The two share fond memories of playing guitar together, playing pick up basketball, and eating all you can eat sushi.
Kaitlin Slinde

Kaitlin and Allison have known each other since high school and have only become closer over the years. From Panera and Ulta dates to facials and Kate Spade, they love to have fun together. This past year they were able to help plan and be in each other’s wedding. Kaitlin currently lives in Hampton, Va with her husband.
