Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at the Courtyard by Marriot or Fairfield Inn on Medical/Market Center. Both of these hotels at right next to each other and has shuttle service all night. Please note that the shuttle is associated with the Prime Limo company not through the hotels. The shuttle will start at 5pm running trips to the venue and the hotels continuously until 12am. You can expect a shuttle to arrive every 5-10mins at the hotel main entrances. For those that are staying in other hotels or Airbnb, Uber and Lyft are ample in Dallas.

Both! The venue is two stories with an outdoor rooftop. If it gets chilly, the rooftop will have heaters and can be enclosed.
