Question

What’s your plan regarding COVID-19?

Answer

While we are not requiring masks to be worn during the wedding or reception, we are fully prepared to provide masks and hand sanitizer to all our RSVPed guests. Guests who cannot attend in person are encouraged to join the Facebook group linked here to watch the live stream. https://www.facebook.com/groups/472906320406104

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are so thankful that you want to remember our special day with photographs. During the ceremony, we will have a strict no phones/cameras policy to allow our amazing photographer to get all the best shots. During the reception, feel free to snap as many photos as you want!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving half an hour before the ceremony.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the winery?

Answer

Uber and Lyft both provide services around the Birmingham area and will travel to the winery, which is about 25 minutes south of the Birmingham area. Please see the Travel/Lodging page for more information regarding recommended hotel options in the area.

Question

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

Parking is free at Corbin Farms Winery. If you don’t have a car to bring or rent, Uber and Lyft provide services to and from the winery as well.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors covered by a large tent. The winery also has an indoor space for our use during the reception.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Of course, our invitations include all members of your family!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest" then yes. If not, we would prefer it would just be you.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We have made plans for everyone of age to have access to wine provided by Corbin Farms Winery. Please note that IDs will be checked at the bar.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Kyle and Allie will be taking photos following the ceremony. Guests can head to the bar for wine or walk around the grounds for an hour before dinner begins.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is January 20, 2021. You are welcome to RSVP on our website under that RSVP tab, or mail in your answer using the return envelope.

Question

I have a dietary restriction, how do I make accommodations?

Answer

If you have allergies or restrictions, please email Allie at allieanderson984@gmail.com ASAP to make sure we can accommodate you!

Question

I want to say goodbye before I leave, where are you staying?

Answer

Kyle and Allie are staying at the Embassy Suites in Hoover, AL. Please feel free to stop by Sunday morning to say goodbye!
