Yes! There will be a shuttle bus that will pick up at both hotels before the ceremony and drop off back at the hotels at various times throughout the reception. A schedule of pick-up/drop-off times is posted under the schedule tab!
As much as we would love to have everyone we can at our wedding, we have already invited over the capacity for our venue. So unfortunately this means we cannot accommodate for extra guests. Please refer to your RSVP card for the specific number of seats we have reserved in your name.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30, so it would be best to arrive around 10-15 minutes early in order to have time to park and find your seat. If you are taking the shuttle, please see the schedule tab for details.
There is no formal dress code, but we would love for our friends and family to dress up with us! Our recommendation is "dressy casual/semi-formal" which can be defined as "not-all-the-way-formal-but-please-don’t-wear-jean-shorts." :) Also keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside, so heals with a thin base may sink into the ground.
Yes! There is parking onsite. The parking lot is a grassy area/has uneven ground. So for those who have difficulties with mobility, there is a roundabout at the venue for easy drop off/pick-up.
A little bit of both! We have put a set amount of money towards the bar for beer, wine, and seltzer, and once that runs out it will be a cash bar!
Yes! If you miss the shuttle going to the venue and want to take the shuttle home, you can definitely leave your car and pick it up in the morning.
