Kick off the wedding weekend with a pool party and lawn games. This is a casual, all-guest welcome event with cornhole, pickleball, beach volleyball, a pool, and good vibes all around. Lunch and drinks will be provided.
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Cowboy and/or Paniolo (aka Hawaiian Cowboy) - Flannels, Hawaiian shirts, jeans, sundresses, cowboy boots, hats, or a fun combo of all.
We’d love for everyone to join us for our Welcome Dinner the night before the wedding. We’ll have dinner music, and a dance lesson for anyone brave enough to join in. It’s the perfect chance to mingle and meet other guests before the big day!
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
There will be shuttles picking up and dropping off at the following hotels: Twin Pine Casino and Hotel Mandala Springs Fainting Couch Please RSVP "Will Attend" if you plan to use the shuttle service to and from the wedding location.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Semi-formal/Cocktail: cocktail dresses, dress shirts and slacks (suits optional but always welcome). Outdoor ceremony and grass reception, so wedges or block heels recommended.
The ceremony will be held at Langtry Farms Winery! After the ceremony, enjoy a cocktail hour with drinks and light bites before we head down to the Langtry House for the reception. There is parking available at both locations for those who plan to drive.
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
After cocktail hour, join us down at the Langtry House to continue the celebration! Enjoy a variety of delicious food stations with options for everyone, followed by an evening of music, dancing, and celebrating.
