How do I know who is included in my invitation?
Answer
When you RSVP online, you will find the list of guests included in your party. We have a limited guest list due to our selected venue and will not be able to accommodate those not listed on your invitation. Please let us know if you have any questions about who is included on our guest list.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love little ones! However, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for understanding.

Am I allowed a plus one?
Answer
Your formal invitation will tell you if you are allowed a plus one. We have a limited guest list due to our selected venue and will not be able to accommodate those not listed on your invitation. When you RSVP online, you will find the list of guests included in your party. Please let us know if you have any questions about who is included on our guest list.

How do I get the the venue?
Answer
We are glad you asked because getting the right entrance of Poplar Springs Manor can be tricky depending on where you are coming from and what GPS map you use. To avoid being routed to an old entrance, using WAZE is recommended. The main entrance to Poplar Springs Manor is 5025 Casanova Road, not Rogues. Some maps will guide you to turn off of Casanova - this will lead you to an old entrance.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Your RSVP is requested by June 30, 2022 so that we can provide the final head count to the caterer. Thank you for your prompt reply.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive about a half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and seated so we can get the party started as scheduled!

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is semi-formal, cocktail. Ladies should wear semi-formal attire, cocktail dresses, or floor length dresses, if desired. Men should wear a suit and tie or sport coat and tie. And don't forget your dancing shoes!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors on the terrace behind the stone Manor house. The reception will be inside the Manor House.
Question
Is there parking available? Can I leave my car over night?
Answer
Parking for guests will be available at the venue. If you plan to partake in adult beverages please make accommodations with a designated driver or UBER. Poplar Springs does not allow vehicles to be left on property over night and will assess a fee after midnight.
