Whalers Village
Whaler's Village is one of our favorite places to visit on Maui! It is great for shopping, dining, and drinks! The Westin is just steps away too!
Whale Watching
Whale watching is our favorite thing to do while we are on Maui! Luckily, we are here at the start of the whale watching season! Triology has great cruises that depart from Kaanapali beach, but there are many other whale watching crews to choose from! Either way, you have to get out on the water to see some whales!
Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman - Kaanapali, Maui
Monkeypod might be our favorite restaurant on Maui besides Merriman's! From Ahi Tuna to pizza, they have a wide variety of delicious things to try! You can't miss their Lilikoi Mai Tais!
Kapalua Bay Beach
Kapalua Beach sits right next to Merriman's and is a great spot for a day at the beach. You can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkel gear. It is also walking distance from the Kapalua Golf and Bay Villas.
Leilani's on the Beach
This is a great lunch spot also located in Whaler's Village. Their fish tacos are amazing!
Kapalua Golf - The Plantation Course
If you're up for a challenge, play a round at the famous Plantation Coarse at Kapalua. The annual PGA Sentry Tournament of Champions is hosted here every January.
The Road to Hana
If you have an extra day to spare, the Road to Hana is definitely worth it! Be prepared for an all day, windy travel experience, but the views are amazing!
Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar
Better get here early or make sure to get a reservation! This has some of the best sushi in town and usually has a line out the door. It is walking distance from the Kapalua Golf Villas!
Taverna Maui
This is a great spot for some Italian food! It is walking distance from the Kapalua Golf Villas and has an awersome happy hour!
Haleakala Crater
Haleakala National Park provides a great place to hike, go horseback riding, or just explore. You can also get up early and drive to the top of the volcano to watch the sunrise! Bring some jackets though as it can get pretty chilly!
