SRL is where all the magic will be happening! It is the venue for our entire special evening, and we will be staying there for days prior to the 8th to spend time with those who choose to stay here as well for an extended celebration :) HOTEL RESERVATIONS & Room Related Information The hotel booking calendar opens for all guests one year from the date - 11/08/24. There are no exceptions. No guest can book any earlier. SKL's staff highly recommends any guests considering, or interested in staying on the venue property, to book earlier rather than later. There is no deposit required to make the reservation (for individuals). **There is also a "Group Reservation option for those interested in booking multiple rooms. 1 - METHOD OF RESERVATION Guests will be responsible for making their own reservations directly with the reservations office by calling 928-­282-­6400. Please identify yourselves as part of the Cravens-Bruderer wedding when making reservations - You will be transferred to a Group Reservation Specialist. This allows the opportunity to try and keep our group together, and provide you with the best rate available at the time of booking! *A credit card will be required at the time of reservation for guarantee but no immediate payment is required for individual reservations. 2 - METHOD OF PAYMENT a.Individual Reservations: Payment with a 72-hour cancellation policy. b. Group Reservations: Multiple room reservations of 5 or more rooms require prepayment in full with a 90-day cancellation policy. The organizer shall provide their contact information and payment method without transfer. The organizer assumes responsibility for the rooms and all charges that are incurred during the rental period. 3 - CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY a. The Hotel ‘s official check­-in time is 4:00 PM and check­-out time is 11:00 AM b. There are a limited number of early check-­ins available based on first come first served notice.

If you are considering this option, you will want to book that that is within the "West Sedona" area on the map as this will provide you the closest proximity area to the venue and festivities!

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

For out-of-state guests that will be flying into Arizona, there is an airport in Sedona; however it is very small and private, thus it does not allow any major commercial airlines in our out. You will need to book a flight into PHX Sky Harbor Airport, and then inquire about transportation from the airport to Sedona (approx. 2 hours time)

What is the Fastest Way to Get From Phoenix to Sedona?

Driving is the fastest way to get from Phoenix to Sedona, and will also be the most convenient for traveling around town as well (as there is no public transportation outside the Trolley). It takes about two hours to get from downtown Phoenix to Sedona, depending on traffic and accidents on I-17. **Highly recommended to carpool with other friends and family you know - Way more fun and can save money! :) While you’ll be on the same route and subject to the same traffic delays regardless of whether you take a car, bus, or shuttle, buses and shuttles have designated pick-up times and may drop off or pick up other passengers; as such, this could add to your travel time. **Recommended Car Rental Websites/Companies** - Priceline & Expedia - SIXT - Enterprise - Phoenix Airport Rental Car Center ($800 to rent a car for a week) What's the Most Scenic Route to Sedona? Driving into Sedona along SR 179 is scenic enough, affording views of the red rocks and Chapel of the Holy Cross as you approach. If you have the extra time and want an even more scenic route, though, take I-17 all the way to Flagstaff. Watch for Exit 337, and follow signs directing you to South 89A. This winding, two-lane stretch is one of the most beautiful drives in the state, particularly as you near Oak Creek Canyon. Make a point to stop at the overlook for breathtaking canyon views before snaking down to its floor.
