The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so it’s recommended to show up ~15-20 minutes prior to allow enough time for parking and to settle in (if you’re not staying onsite at the venue). If you are staying onsite, you can walk over ~5-10 minutes prior depending on preference.
Formal attire is requested but we would love to see your style! Open to all colors, patterns, and/or versions of one’s “formal”.
We picked November specifically because it is one of the best times of year in Sedona - Typical daytime temperatures are a pleasant 60-70’s with cooler nights (we will have heaters at the reception)! Of course we can’t predict the weather, so it’s highly recommended to watch this a week or two leading up to our date. In general, for attire, it’s recommended to wear longer clothing (i.e. full length dress, suit coat, bring a cover, etc)
If you are accompanying a +1, they are included in your RSVP already! Anyone who has not been will not be able to be able to attend due to guest number limit restrictions and we made sure to accommodate as many of you and your partners as possible. We appreciate your understanding!
This is an adults only event minus a few close family members that have been invited to join celebrating with us. We appreciate your understanding!
Absolutely! Our best recommendation is to stay onsite at the venue - Sky Ranch Lodge - for the most convenience, however there are SO many options within the Sedona area. Visit the “Travel” tab for more information!
Absolutely! Once you RSVP, there is a question prompted specific to any food allergies. Please fill this out accordingly so we can get this to our caterer.
Yes! There will be private parking specifically for wedding guests only at the venue, however you cannot park your car overnight.
You will be responsible for your own transportation, so if you are not staying onsite at the venue or driving a vehicle PLEASE utilize Uber or Lyft! We want everyone to have a blast but also get home safely.
Yesssss!!! We will continue the celebration at the two cottages onsite at the venue that Nate/I and Nate’s mom have rented out for the week. Anyone who wants to continue is welcome to come join after our event ends at 10pm.
