Gift policy?
Answer
We would like to request no physical gifts be given to us on our day, as we already have more “things” than we could ever need! If you feel inclined to gift us something, we are accepting cash or gift cards that contribute to our honeymoon or newly wed fund and to help support more adventures together. You can find our registry under the “registry” tab of our site. Thank you so much in advance!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2024. If for some reason you are unable to decide by that time, please alert Alec or Alli and make arrangements.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please reach out to Alec or Alli with any food allergy or intolerance you may have. At this time, we have confirmation from our caterers that the meals will be peanut-free and that there will be gluten-free options for those who need it.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking available in front of the venue.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our “dress code” is as follows: If it makes you feel good, we want you to wear it! We encourage funky, colorful and comfortable. Please ensure you wear sturdy shoes, as we will be celebrating on the forest floor.

Is there an inclement weather plan?
Answer
In the event of inclement weather, umbrellas will be available and we will move our celebration to be completely under the large tent and do our best to stay dry. However, the party must go on, so we will need to be prepared to embrace whatever comes our way and possibly dance in the rain!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We tried our very best to include dates in our invites. If there are people who are important to you, then they’re important to us! However, we are working with a limited space so please refrain from brining guests who were not specified on the invites or ran by Alec and Alli for confirmation. Thanks!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
As much as we love the kiddos in our life, we are hoping to have an adult-only wedding and the only kids in attendance will be in the wedding party unless specified on the invite you received. Thanks for respecting our wishes!

You can view our travel and accommodation recommendations under the “travel” tab of our website. You are welcome to find other arrangements nearby if they are better suited to your needs. Please reach out to us with any further questions.

What time does the wedding end?
Answer
We were given a hard stop time of 10 p.m. due to the noise ordinance in the area. If you feel inclined to keep partying and celebrating with us, we are hosting an after party at Johnny’s Distillery in Butler and everyone’s invited!
