Travel & Accommodations

Below are some travel recommendations for our out-of-town guests. There are two different airports near us plus tons of hotel and housing options. Feel free to check out available listings on Airbnb/VRBO. Stick around Allen/McKinney to be closest to the venue or stay out closer to us in Plano/Frisco. If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we have discounted rates ($139/night) available at Courtyard in Allen and 10% off at Sheraton in McKinney. Both are about 30 minutes from the airport and another 30 minutes from the wedding venue. For wedding day, there is plenty of free onsite parking at our venue if you choose to drive yourself. We have also arranged for a 56 passenger charter bus to help us get everyone from the two host hotels out to our venue and back. See details on the FAQs page and please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle bus so we can be sure we have enough seats.

Dallas Love Field (DAL)

We highly recommend flying Southwest Airlines into Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) if possible. The other option is Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW) which is about the same distance, but a busier experience.

If you're flying anything but Southwest, you'll most likely fly into Dallas Forth Worth International (DFW). This airport is about the same distance from the hotels/venue, but far busier than Dallas Love Field Airport.
