Flight
We recommend flying out on a direct flight to Warsaw with LOT Polish Airlines – the flights depart a few times a week from JFK Airport, Newark Airport as well as Miami International. When flying with LOT, it's a hop-on hop-off arrangement, the flight lasts around 8-9 hours. However, if you prefer a cheaper alternative or simply to straighten your legs halfway through the trip, there's plenty of flights with stops in London, Paris and Amsterdam. We recommend you buy your ticket in advance to avoid price surges (min 3-4 months prior to your trip).
Hotel
We invite our out of town guests to book hotel Sofitel Victoria. We're working with the hotel to offer an attractive per-night price for our wedding guests. After clicking the booking link, you will be given a range of dates to pick from 08.02.19-08.05.09 – within these dates the discount applies. After you confirm your dates, pick one of the room options with a gift emoji next to it – these are the discounted rooms. If you wish to prolong your stay, you're going to have to email the hotel to combine your rates. The link will work until July 5th 2019

House Or Rental
Airbnb is always a great and affordable option! For best commute and to get the most out of your experience in Warsaw, we recommend you search in the districts of Śródmieście (City Center) or Górny Mokotów (Upper Mokotów).
Travel Note
When you land, the cab from the airport to Sofitel Victoria hotel should cost roughly 50zloty (roughly $13). It’s about 15 min drive from the city center to the venue - however, we will provide transportation from the hotel to the venue for those interested. We recommend you fly in a day prior to the event to fight off the jet-lag and give yourself enough time to rest before the ceremony and reception - heads up, Polish weddings are a real deal, lasting till early morning hours with a lot of food, toasts and dancing.
