Caitlin was living in New York City and ready for some change. She applied to a job she thought was in Chicago, which would be closer to her family in Ohio. Turns out, the job was actually in Atlanta. The only time Caitlin had been to Atlanta was in 1996 when her family came for the Olympics. Despite knowing nothing about the city, or knowing a single person, Caitlin decided to take the leap of faith and make the move. It was all part of God's plan because a month after moving to ATL, Caitlin and Allen met, like many couples do these days, on the dating app Hinge. Allen was living the "Allen life" in Atlanta, deep into football season, spending his weekends going from a Georgia game, to an ATL United game, to jumping on a plane to KC for a Chiefs game. Their first conversation was about one of Allen's crazy sports weekends. After a few messages for a week or two, they finally met in person for the first time just a few days before Thanksgiving, and it's been nonstop adventure ever since. We are excited to continue this adventure called life now together as a pair!
