Our Magical Love Story If you know us, you've probably heard this story a time or two before—but it's one worth telling again! The summer of 2021 was one for the books. AJ was visiting Nashville for a friend’s birthday, and I just so happened to be out celebrating my own achievements—a rare occasion for me. The night was young, and my girls and I were fully immersed in the fun, hopping from one spot to the next. At some point, we circled back to a lounge we had visited earlier in the evening, and there he was. AJ wasn’t alone at the bar—he was sitting with my big sisters and friends. Funny how life works, right? As it turned out, he was out with his good friend, who just so happened to be dating one of my big sisters. Naturally, I stopped to chat with them, and that’s when I noticed this guy sitting quietly to the side. I don’t remember much of our conversation (I was too busy enjoying my Hot Girl Summer, lol), but according to AJ, he sealed the deal by getting my number. All I recall is handing him my drink receipt before dashing off to the next party. That was just Friday night, and trust me—the weekend was still young! We both had our own plans, but somehow, we kept finding ourselves in the same places. By Sunday, as AJ’s trip was coming to an end, he suggested we grab a bite before his flight home. What started as a casual meal turned into an entire Sunday Funday. It felt like we had known each other forever—and no, it wasn’t just the margaritas talking! Brunch led to drinks, and before we knew it, it was time to drop him off at the airport. And then... AJ missed his flight. To this day, neither of us really knows how it happened (though I like to think it was fate). What we do know is that Monday brought a different version of us—one without the weekend buzz and excitement, just two people finding an unexplainable sense of comfort, peace, and rest in each other. From that moment on, we knew this was something real, something lasting. And here we are today—forever each other's, living our own magical love story.
