Our wedding will be an intimate celebration surrounded by our closest family and friends. Your invitation will be addressed to all those invited. You will only be able to RSVP for those invited.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (21 and up), with no children present at the ceremony and reception. However, children are welcome to join us for our Sunday Funday farewell event if they are traveling with you.
Please RSVP by August 3th, 2026 by using the RSVP section on the Website. By entering individual names or family name as it is listed on your invitation. Only the those invited will appear in the RSVP section. No additional guest/children can be added.
Parking is complimentary and convenient throughout Southport. Free street parking is available along the riverfront, behind the venue, and in surrounding areas. As our venue is located in a walkable town, you'll find ample parking options within easy walking distance. Please note that during peak season, parking spaces may be slightly further from the venue. We love everyone as you are, we ask that you dress respectfully semi formal. Women in slacks, dresses; men in slacks, collard shirts.
The ceremony and reception are located at the same venue. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the deck, and dinner and dance will be inside.

Southport is a small town. Your best beat is to drive, walk, or ask for a ride. There are limitations on ride shares groups or cabs. There are no buses or trains near the venue.
Please do not come if you do not feel well. This is the beginning of respiratory season and we want everyone to stay safe and take care of themselves. If you cannot make it we’ll see you at our 10 year vow renewal.
Yes, there will be a limited open bar.
If you have a life threatening allergy please let the couple know with your RSVP. No other dietary restrictions will be taken into consideration. If you will not eat at the reception please make note of this on your RSVP.
The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. Please arrive between 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM to mix and mingle before finding a seat for the start of the ceremony.

Our ceremony will be open seating, with the exception of reserved spots for our parents. Feel free to choose a seat that makes you most comfortable. We encourage you to wear attire that allows you to fully relax and enjoy our special day with us.
