What precautions will we be taking in light of the Coronavirus?

Answer

With the help of our guests only attending if they are free from symptoms, we will also have hand sanitizing stations, masks, socially distanced tables, and a "stoplight" wristband system to ensure everyone's safety.

What if I feel uncomfortable coming to the wedding?

Answer

WE TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. This is a hard choice for us to move forward with our wedding when there is so much uncertainty. Your health MATTERS to us. We will support you in whatever decision you feel is best for you.

Question

If I already booked a room at the Best Western Premier for the April wedding, what do I do now?

Answer

Allegra called the hotel and canceled all reservations. Please make sure that you were reimbursed. If you wish, just call the hotel again and make another reservation. Great news though, since it is not parent's weekend in September, hotel rooms are now much more affordable.
