What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you arrive at the Lantern Room at the National Arts Centre by 3:45pm

During the ceremony please refrain from taking photos or videos — we promise to share the professional photos with you afterward

Cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony at 4:30pm outside the Lantern Room

The reception, including dinner and dancing, will be held in the O'Born Room at the National Arts Centre beginning at 6:00pm

What are my parking options?

Answer

For guests who are not staying at a hotel , paid underground garage parking is available at the National Arts Centre. For those staying at The Lord Elgin Hotel, the hotel offers valet parking for $45/day with full in/out privileges.
