How can I RSVP?

Answer

We are doing digital RSVPs. Once invitations are sent out, we will have the RSVP link added to the website.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We are asking everyone to RSVP by 10/25/25

Will there be transportation from the venue to the hotel?

Answer

We are not planning to have transportation, fortunately it is only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The venue also allows for free overnight parking.

Answer

You can park at the venue, free of charge. 125 A Pleasant St, Northampton, MA 01060 *If you need to leave early, please have the bartender validate your parking. Overnight parking is free.*

What is the Dress Code for this event?

Answer

We are asking everyone to please dress in Semi-Formal/Formal attire.

Are children allowed to attend the wedding?

Answer

We are not inviting children. If there is any hesitation on who is invited, please refer to your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one to the wedding?

If you were given a plus one, it would be indicated on your invitation.

What kind of food will be there?

Answer

We are planning to have various Hors Dourves for the cocktail hour. We are planning to have a salad, beef, chicken, and a seafood option.

When will dinner be served?

We are planning for a prompt 5:30 P.M. start time, however this is subject to change.

What if I have a dietary restriction, or a food allergy?

Answer

We are planning to have a vegan option for dinner and we will have more information as the wedding date comes up. For now, if there is any questions/concerns, please let us know at AllAboardGibson@gmail.com

We will have a card box and a table dedicated to gifts (Please consider shipping larger gifts directly to us).

We are asking people for an unplugged ceremony. We encourage people to take photos before and after, and we would love if you posted them on social media, tagging #AllAboardGibson

We will have an open bar the moment you walk in the door until the end of the reception. However tips are accepted. During the after party, it will be a cash bar.

No, everything will be hosted in the same room.
