Will transportation be provided to/from airport to resort?

Round trip transportation is included when booking through our travel block. Lopesan Resort also offers round trip transportation to and from the airport. To arrange transportation with Lopesan, please contact the resort directly.

Do I need to stay at the same resort as the wedding?

We encourage all of our guest to stay at the resort. However if you choose not to, you will be required to purchase a day pass in order to attend the wedding and reception.

Can I bring guest/kids?

To help us keep our celebration intimate and organized, we kindly ask that only those specifically named on the invitation attend. While children and additional guest are welcome to join the vacation, ALL wedding festivities will be reserved for invited guest only.

What's the weather like during that time of year?

In June, the Dominican Republic enjoys warm, sunny days with temperatures ranging from mid 70s to high 80s. Expect abundant sunshine complemented by refreshing afternoon rain showers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm guest can arrive between 3pm -3:45pm. Doors will promptly close at 4pm.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

The dress code is elegant beach attire: linen or khaki pants, short-sleeved button downs, flowy chic maxi dresses or jumpsuits, light colors and breathable fabrics. The bride and groom kindly request that guest refrain from wearing all white.

What dates should I use to travel?

We suggest that you arrive at least by Thursday June 25, 2026, which is the day before the ceremony. The future Newly Weds and wedding party will be staying Thursday June 25, 2026-Sunday June 28, 2026
