FAQs

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and can celebrate with us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal, elegant outfits suitable for an evening celebration. Please no jeans, shorts, or sneakers. March evenings can be cool, so consider bringing a wrap or jacket.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Monroe. The ceremony will be held inside the chapel, followed by the reception in a separate building on the property. The reception space is just a short walk from the chapel.

Question

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 3:30–3:40 PM to allow time for seating.

Question

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask guests to refer to their invitation for named guests and/or plus ones.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available on-site at The Monroe. If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn in McMinnville, the drive to the venue is about 15 minutes.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please visit the “Travel” section of our website for our hotel recommendation. McMinnville is a small town in Tennessee with limited hotel availability, but there are other inns and Airbnb options nearby if you’d like to explore additional accommodations.

Question

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! The welcome party will be on March 6th, 2026 from 7:30PM to 9:00PM at Collins River BBQ in McMinnville, TN. The address is: 117 East Main Street, McMinnville, TN, 37110 and the attire is southern country (western wear). You can go to the RSVP tab and let us know if you can make it. If you miss the RSVP then it is no worries, we would still love for you to come!
