We are so excited!

In 2017, Alissa and Ryan met at Tesla in Santa Clara, CA. Little did they know, they would be planning to spend the rest of their lives together. Ryan was born in San Jose, CA in 1992 and moved with his family to Fallbrook when he was 12. He mostly stayed in Southern California until 2017, when he moved back to the Bay Area for a job. That same year, he decided to switch careers and work for Tesla. Alissa was born in Hayward in 1993 and has lived in the Bay Area for most of her life. She has always wanted to live somewhere new, which is probably why she travels so often! When Alissa and Ryan met, Ryan was instantly drawn by her. Alissa on the other hand... took more convincing to get to know Ryan. But on one of Alissa's school trips to Costa Rica, a coworker of Ryan's spoke so highly of him. After some convincing, Alissa finally agreed and the two of them had their first date in January 2018. On their first date, she learned more about Ryan and who he really was as a person. She loved his strong connection to his family, God, and his dreams of a bigger future. She decided that he was the one that she would relentlessly pursue! On July 27, 2021, Ryan sealed the deal, as a surprise to Alissa and her immediate family at Darcy Kent Vineyards, Livermore, CA. He proposed when they were taking family photos. According to Ryan's plan, their dog, Buster, came running through the vineyards with the ring around his neck! After some happy tears, Alissa said yes! A month after the proposal, Alissa booked the venue, created the guest list and selected her bridal party. This bride is ready! After they tie the knot, Alissa and Ryan plan to continue to live in Alameda, as they have just bought a home! After a year of enjoying their nuptials, they plan to start a family. Their nieces and nephew need cousins! But not before they do one last big international trip hurrah! Alissa and Ryan cannot wait to share their big day with you, surrounded by all their loved ones.
