Room block reserved from December 26 - December 30. Call in to their reservations department at (859) 916-5306 and ask for the Hartman Rymer Wedding block. Must be booked no later than 5:00pm the day of 11/26/2017 to receive the discounted rate. Parking is available in adjacent garage lot for hotel guests for only $5 per day. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Front desk staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

Reservations must be made by the cut-off date of Friday, December 8, 2017. The Hotel offers Valet Parking at a minimum cost of $38.00 per day/night, per car, with unlimited in and out privileges. Check-in time of 4:00 pm and check-out time of 11:00 am. For added convenience baggage storage can be arranged at any time for our guests. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

Must be booked before 11/26/2017 to receive the discounted rate. To receive Friday's discounted rate, guests must book minimum of Thursday and Friday to receive rate. Complimentary parking. Check-in time for all hotel guests is 4:00pm. As a courtesy, Individuals may check-in earlier depending upon occupancy levels and availability of ready rooms. Check out time is 11:00am. Rooms vacated after check out time on the day of departure is subject to incur full night’s room charge. Staff will arrange to hold luggage if needed on the day of departure.
