Things To Do

Welcome to Atlanta! While you're here, check out a few of our favorite places!
Atlanta Beltline

Atlanta Beltline

Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, Atlanta, GA

The Atlanta Beltline is a network of redeveloped railway lines that connect some of the coolest neighborhoods and parks in the city. The Eastside Trail especially has plenty of spots to grab a quick snack or drink and is a fun, low-key way to explore the city in between wedding festivities. One of Alison and Kevin's absolute favorite things to do is grab a cocktail at the Beltline Kroger Bar (trust them) - it overlooks the trail and makes for excellent people watching. They also recommend a stop at The Victorian - a local plant shop.

Ponce City Market

Ponce City Market

675 Ponce De Leon Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30308

Even though it's a crowd-magnet on the weekends, Ponce City Market is a must-visit while you're in Atlanta. When Alison and Kevin first started dating, Alison lived within walking distance of PCM which was the locale of many of their first dates; and, where Kevin became a plant-head (of the house variety). You absolutely must grab a slice from Pizza Jean's while you're there - Alison recommends the Cacio e Pepe Pie.

Piedmont Park

Piedmont Park

1322 Monroe Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30306

Piedmont Park is the perfect place for a morning walk and an easy stop before brunch at many of the nearby restaurants. On Saturday mornings, you'll find a Green Market - where you can peruse treats from local farmers and artisans.

Atlanta Botanical Garden

Atlanta Botanical Garden

1345 Piedmont Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30309

The perfect stop for a little bit of serenity! And, it is conveniently located right next to Piedmont Park. The Atlanta Botanical Gardens especially beautiful first thing in the morning and at sunset.
