We can't wait to celebrate with everyone but we also want to be safe! As of now the Omicron variant is dying down but to still keep our friends and family safe we want to take the utmost caution. We will update this as we get closer to the big day, but given the size of the wedding we require that all are vaccinated. We understand there may be some medical exceptions and in that case please reach out to us so that we can discuss necessary steps for attendance (in addition to a negative test the day of). We met in 2015 while both getting degrees at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia at a department retreat at Citizens Bank Park and got to know each other at a Halloween party that night. Josh was carrying around a baseball bat, dressed as "Batman" while Alison was dressed as Minnie Mouse. After one date, Josh was still interested in Alison but Alison just wanted to be friends. Fast forward a year and a half and two rejections later and Alison finally agreed to go out with Josh, realizing that the friendship they had developed was meant to be more. We went to Rittenhouse Square Park on April 7th, 2017 as our new first date and got engaged at the same park 2 and half years later on September 28th, 2019. Now we're excited to share our wedding day with all of you on May 21st, 2022, hope to see there! Love, Alison and Josh
