Things To Do
Here are some recommendations for things to do! There are a ton of cenotes in the area. We have listed some here. We will be doing a day to a cenote, a day to the water park and a day on a boat swimming with turtles and sting rays. See the schedule to know when we will be doing what activities. Activities are all optimal except the ceremony and reception on 4/4/2025.
Playa Akumal

Known for calm waters and can snorkel with sea turtles, there are shops, restaurants and beach vendors located here.

A natural park with underground caves and cenotes, can swim in underground river, explore caves and/or zip line.
Tulum Mayan Ruins
Tulum, Q.R., Mexico
Explore the ancient Mayan city of Tulum, with its impressive structures perched on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Tulum is about 25 minutes drive from Akumal. If you are going to a Tulum, should include exploring the rest of Tulum.
