Matron of Honor
Jill is Alison's younger sister and best friend. The two grew up with a shared passion for dancing to the Spice Girls, wearing jelly sandals, watching Full House, and taking dance lessons. Now, they've moved on to sharing a love of craft beer, dogs, and spending time with their extended families. Jill has been Alison's lifelong confidante and shares probably too much information with her. Alison appreciates her ability to laugh in any situation, her collection of cool coffee mugs, and pictures of Odie on a regular basis. She can't imagine celebrating her special day without her sister by her side.
Jared Brown
Best Man
Jared and Jimmy have been friends since 6th grade. Jimmy was Jared’s best man at his wedding. The two are like brothers, and Jimmy even took over for Jared’s parents by going to pick up Jared from school his first Christmas break of college They’ve stuck together through thick and thin, and are both proud to have each other stand by them at their proudest moments.
Kendel Jester
Bridesmaid
Alison and Kendel have been best friends for 15 years. They met at a football game during their freshman year of high school, but became instantly closer while competing on the cross-country and basketball teams. The two have memories of backyard camping, kitchen dance parties, and visiting each other at UMass and UNH. Some of their favorite things include attending Atmosphere hip-hop shows, trying out craft brews, and training for half/full marathons. Together, they can be described as a supernova. Alison can't wait to have Kendel by her side on her wedding day.
Sam Rafter
Best Man
Sam and Jimmy met in high school, and quickly became inseparable. When they were at separate colleges, they would frequently visit each other on the weekends, staying up until the sun came out catching up. If Sam wasn’t going to be a Best Man, Jimmy would have wanted him to officiate their wedding, any way to get Sam by his side during his big moment.
Kate Cameron
Bridesmaid
Kate and Alison have been close friends since the first day of freshman year at UNH. They lived just two doors down from each other in Jessie Doe Hall, and will never forget the first day they hung out together at the outdoor pool. Alison is not sure how she would have graduated college without Kate. You could find them at the library together, either "studying" or people-watching from the 4th floor balcony, at the ice cream bar at HoCo, or taking advantage of 50 cent drinks at the Knot Pub downtown. Often times, Kate and Alison would stay up late at night and talk to each other between the walls of the bedroom they shared during their sophomore, junior, and senior years. Despite living miles apart post-graduation, the two remain close. Alison is excited for Kate to be her bridesmaid.
Molly O'Brien
Bridesmaid
Alison and Molly met through mutual friends in 2016. Alison has always, from the moment they met, appreciated her free-spirited nature and honesty. Since 2016, they have become neighbors and regularly have "porch drink" nights to catch up, give each other advice, laugh at life's absurdities, and eat too much pizza. Alison and Molly also have a shared love for trying new workouts and giving each other book and podcast recommendations. Alison is so excited to have Molly stand by her side on her wedding day.
Tim Smith
Groomsman
Tim and Jimmy met in high school, and on one of the first times the two hung out, their friend’s mom said, “Timmy and Jimmy, you must hang out all the time.” And they did just that: start to hang out all the time. There are a lot of good memories of bonfires in the woods at Tim’s parent’s house, or giant LAN parties in their living room.
Julia Potter
Bridesmaid
Julia is Jimmy's sister. Alison and Julia met each other at UNH; in fact, it was Julia and a mutual friend who set up Alison and Jimmy on their first (blind) date! Alison has always appreciated Julia's sense of humor, positive outlook on life, and openness. Even though they will become sister-in-laws, Alison has viewed Julia as a sister for years now. They've bonded over floating in the lake, campfire stories, and ski trips. Alison is so grateful to have Julia in her life and cannot wait to have Julia be a part of her wedding day.
Zachary Mundo
Groomsman
Zachary and Jimmy met earlier in youth baseball, but didn’t really start hanging out until high school. After college is when Jimmy spent the most time with Mundo, as the two had moved into downtown Dover a couple blocks from each other. Always watching football, the two grew to be a great one-two punch in the football video game Madden. Usually a one on one type of game, Zack and Jimmy teamed up to play against people on the internet, with Zack playing offense, and Jimmy playing defense, winning a couple Super Bowls along the way to building the best football team they could assemble.
Christina Mathieu
Bridesmaid
Christina is Jimmy's sister. Christina is always the life of the party with her sense of humor, talented dance moves, and the ability to make anyone laugh. Alison and Christina share a love of traveling and nature. Often times in the summer, you can find them on the beach or exploring New Hampshire's White Mountains. In the winter, you can find them on the slopes. Alison is so excited to (officially) be Christina's sister-in-law and have her by her side on her wedding day!
Tommy Ritrosky
Groomsman
Tommy is Alison’s brother, and Jimmy and Tommy have become good friends. Usually they catch up trying craft beers and eating loaded mini hot dogs at Teo’s. Tommy and Jimmy grew even closer when Tommy lived with Jimmy and Alison his final semester of college, even pulling an all nighter together, which Jimmy didn’t think he could do anymore.
Laura Mathieu
Bridesmaid
Laura is Jimmy's sister. Alison loves Laura for her free-spirited nature, sense of humor, love for animals, and compassion for others. Alison and Laura can be found sitting around a campfire sharing stories, petting dogs (especially Tucker), floating on the Magic Carpet on the lake, attending concerts at Meadowbrook, or sampling new beers at brew-fests. Alison cannot imagine what life would be like without Laura and is thrilled to have her be a part of her wedding day!
