Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You will receive an official invite in the mail notating that RSVPs are open. Once you receive your invite please RSVP by July 30th, 2026. Please RSVP regardless of whether you have already informed us of your attendance or are in the wedding party.

Question

What can I wear?

Answer

Our dress code will be cocktail attire. These are dresses or nice jumpsuits for women and dress pants, dress shirts for men. Our wedding date weather can fluctuate year to year. It may feel like fall, but it could be 90 degrees, so do keep that in mind when planning your outfit! We do ask that all guests wear blacks, grey/silvers, or tan colors. Men are permitted to wear white dress shirts. Ladies, sequins are welcome! Copy this URL into your browser for examples: https://canva.link/weddingcolors

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones, and will have a few children in the ceremony, we have decided to have the reception be adults-only so that our guests can fully enjoy themselves. Those who are part of the wedding will be picked up prior to the reception starting.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP will list you and a guests name if a +1 is included in your invitation. Please note our wedding guest capacity is extremely limited due to our venue contract and wishing to enjoy a smaller scale wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm for the ceremony which will begin promptly at 4:00pm

Question

What about phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that ALL guests refrain from utilizing their phone cameras during the ceremony and leave them safely in purses or pockets. We will have an amazing photographer present to capture all the special moments and want to avoid having phones in the processional shots that are taken. We welcome any and all phone usage during the rest of the days festivities! Make sure to tag them on Instagram with #becomingcousins so that we can see!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking and an attendant present to guide you upon arrival. We ask that if you do plan to drink to be safe and use a rideshare!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering options are able to accommodate gluten free allergies. While there will be vegetarian options presented in the form of sides we recommend eating before hand or bringing supplemental items if you are unable to consume meat. Please reach out to our coordinator if you are concerned about other allergens.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of the wedding and most of the guests being local we will not be providing transportation from any recommended hotels, but rideshares such as Uber or Lyft are low cost options in our area as most accommodations are not far from the venue.
