When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 30. If you would like to attend but are really unsure whether you can make it, it's okay. Just let us know when you have decided. We cannot guarantee there will be space on our small boat, so letting us know as early as possible will help ensure a spot.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts in the evening, it will be warm and we will be outdoors. Plan for semi-formal attire: dark summer suits (tie optional), lightweight dresses (mid length recommended) or jumpsuits paired with low heels or flats.

Where is the best place to park nearby the cruise boarding site?

Answer

There are paid parking lots at the Navy Pier (where the USS Midway is docked) and Broadway Pier, both of which are a short walk from the boarding area for Flagship Cruises. Paid parking is in effect until 6 p.m. After that, parking is free! Please refer to SanDiego.gov/parking for more information on parking in the city.

What's the weather going to be like in late September?

Answer

September and October are the hottest and driest months in Southern California. Daytime temperatures hit 80s and 90s Fahrenheit with lots of sun. Pack summer clothes and sunscreen!
