Please RSVP using the form on this website or the card included in your invitation. We will open up RSVP closer to the wedding date when we send official invites.
Your invitation in the mail will have specified if you can bring a +1. If you are unsure, you can text Derek or Alisa.
While we would love to see your kids, this will be an adults-only party. So, please leave the kids with a babysitter if you can!
Lol have you seen how Derek and Alisa dress? No, there is not. But let's try to look sharp because Alisa will be posting all pics on Facebook.
If you want to join the Baraat dance party before the wedding ceremony, please arrive in front of Thompson Library by 4:45pm. Otherwise, please be seated in the Vitria on the Square between 5-5:30pm.
The best places to park are the Ohio Union Parking Garage (1759 North High Street) or Arps Hall Garage (1990 College Road).
A baraat is a traditional Indian wedding procession that celebrates the groom's arrival at the wedding venue. It's a vibrant and festive event featuring music, dancing, and the groom, often accompanied by his family and friends, arriving in a grand manner. https://www.brides.com/indian-baraat-5075885 For us, we will be dancing down the OSU's Oval for 10 minutes. Make sure you dress accordingly!
The Blackwell Hotel is closest to the venue. Please see the Travel tab for a link to our hotel block.
Yes - please add a note in the RSVP form.
Our party bus from Xtreme Limo will shuttle guests from the Blackwell to the venue between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. There will be signage indicating which bus to take. There will be no shuttle post-ceremony. It is a 15-minute walk from the venue to the Blackwell Hotel or a 5-minute Uber/Lyft.
