Fernando Feria

Best Man

Kevin and Fernando met in 2010 through North Brooklyn Runners. Together, the two have run a lot of miles together including the 2017 Los Angeles Marathon (legend has it neither of of them trained for this race). One of Kevin's favorite memories that he has shared with Fernando is from the 2010 NYC Half. At the time, Kevin didn't know that Fernando was volunteering handing out finisher medals at the race. Crossing the finish line to see Fernando- Kevin wasn't just surprised. Being able to get his finisher medal from one of his best friends made the race that much more worth it! Fernando and Kevin's friendship is more than beer and running, but if you ask them those are some of their favorite things.

Matthew Ramos

Man of Honor

Matt is an expert custom google map maker, deal finder, homebrewer, party planner extraordinaire, international marathoner... but I am not here to write his resume. Matt does selfless things like wasting a perfectly good Sunday by pacing Alisa in the New York City Marathon so she could beat her personal best time by 11 minutes (which meant Matt running his slowest marathon). He also does other brotherly stuff like listen to his sister when she says, "You're joining my relay team that's happening this weekend and you have to plan everything.” Matt also has great taste in Lederhosen and gives good advice. As far as brothers go, Matt’s pretty okay.
