There are many car rentals at the airport. Remember, most cars in Brasil are standard. Make sure you select the automatic option if you do not know how to drive a non-automatic car. Also, be careful about where you stop and the routes you take, especially if you are landing in Rio de Janeiro. Rio can be very dangerous.

There are many Airbnb options in town. Just look for a house near downtown (Centro) and you'll be within walking distance of mostly everything you need.
Shuttle
Shuttle to Pousada Pequena Tiradentes

If you stay at Pequena Tiradentes, you won't need a shuttle to the ceremony or reception. You'll be already where you're supposed to be. If you decide to stay at the Pousada do Largo, the hotel will have shuttles to/from the ceremony. The shuttle will also be available between hotels for brunch the day after the wedding. If you stay at the hotel Villa D'ouro, you will be across the street from the venue where the wedding and ceremony will take place (Pousada Pequena Tiradentes).
