Jason and Alina are technically second cousins, but anyone who’s seen them together knows they’ve always been as close as the first kind. Jason has always known Alina as his little cousin at Grandma’s house, curious, full of life, and unforgettable. Over the years, he’s had the privilege of watching her grow into the remarkable woman she is today. As her older cousin and, by his own humble account, her coolest one, Jason is proud to stand beside Alina and Steven as they begin this next chapter together.

Since 1989. Cousin, honorary sister, and the mother of Alina’s goddaughter. Alina cried at Amanda’s 10th birthday party because Amanda wanted to play with her friends instead. Thankfully, that phase didn’t last. To this day, she’s still the one person who can make Alina laugh with nothing more than a glance.
Lauren

New sister. Marrying Steven was always the plan. Gaining Lauren as a sister was one of the best bonuses. She’s the ultimate hype woman, a true girls’ girl, and the kind of person who makes everyone around her feel seen and supported.

Alina met Dario at one of San Francisco’s strangest dive bars. Somehow, that chance meeting turned into a friendship. He’s her go-to for advice, and the only person she trusts with a meme collection that’s still too questionable for the general public. He also deserves kudos for the photographs from their engagement!
Pat

Always up for the scenic route. Pat has hosted many an adventure around San Francisco, but he’s just as happy taking the long way for the sake of a good conversation. He’s Alina’s little piece of Vacaville in the city. Birds aren’t real.
Angelo

Accidental roommates. Soulmates. Bandmates. Their friendship is built on a uniquely weird sense of humor, countless inside jokes, and years of making each other laugh.
Matt
Groomsman
Since kindergarten. Matt introduced Steven to two lifelong passions, baseball and music. After growing up together and playing in elementary school band, Steven and Max convinced Matt to move to New York after college. The adventure has continued ever since.
Max
Groomsman
From middle school to high school to college, Max has been there through it all. Steven convinced him to transfer colleges, and later the two of them convinced Matt to join them in New York. Some friendships just keep finding new chapters.
Mike
Groomsman
The drummer. Mike and Steven met as counselors at Stanford Jazz Workshop, where a shared love of music turned into a lasting friendship. Somewhere along the way they became bandmates, and they’ve been making music together ever since.
