Be careful what you are bringing! American appliances run on 110 Volts, while Romanian (European) appliances are 220 volts. If you see a range of voltage printed on the item or its plug (such as "110-220" ) you are ok to use it. Also, Romanian ( European) plugs are not compatible with American electrical sockets. In order to work, you will need a plug adapter or a convert.
