Early Arrival

You are welcome to arrive on Friday to settle in. Bring your own dinner, there are kitchens available for cooking. We will love to hang out with everyone Friday evening after our rehearsal.
Saturday, July 24, 2021
Open Jam Time/ Drum Circle

We will end DJ music at 1am. There are no sound ordinances at this venue, so let's keep on grooving! You are encouraged to bring your musical instruments to join in :)
Drinks and Snacks

Festive attire, 1920’s, festival formal, faerietale magical. If none of that makes sense to you: semi formal, be comfortable, no jeans and no ripped clothing please. The ground is uneven, heels are not recommended. And there is no near by medical attention, make sure your feet/ankles are safe.
The weather will be very hot, feel free to bring a parasol and a hat if you need one.

We will have breakfast available in the community kitchen for you to prepare for yourselves. Brunch will be catered. You are able to extend your stay until Monday morning if you wish to party with us on Sunday.
Departure

You are welcome to start leaving on Sunday. However, if you want to party on with us, you may extend your stay till Monday morning. You will be able to go to the check in office on Sunday to make arrangements.
