Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is ample on site parking for the venue, including handicapped spots.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive early as we are starting the ceremony promptly at 3:30 pm.

In order for all our friends and family to fully enjoy themselves, we are having an adult only ceremony and reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

In order for all our guests to fully appreciate the ceremony, not disrupt anyone's view, or interfere with the photographers, we ask that you do not use phones or cameras during the ceremony. Please let the photographers do what we pay them to do! During the reception please feel free to then snap away!

Are you registered? Where?

There is a registry on this site. We already have a furnished home so we hoping for funds to travel. We already have an amazing all inclusive honeymoon booked to Cancun right after the wedding!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be performed outside in the Belvedere gazebo, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors in the 1897 Event Room and we have use of the Trackside Courtyard, which is covered.

Is there smoking permitted at the venue?

Answer

There is no smoking permitted anywhere on the campus. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area- the parking lot. Please be courteous to the property as it a historical site.

Can we take pictures of the grounds?

Answer

Absolutely! Please feel free to stroll the grounds and gardens.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel section for hotel info. We do have discounts through Hilton Garden Inn at the Beaver Valley mall.

Is alcohol permitted?

Answer

Yes we are celebrating! We have bartending service by MyBar to ensure everyone is well taken care of. For liability reasons the venue does not allow shots of any kind however.

Is the building ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes, the sidewalk, entrances, and bathroom all meet ADA guidelines.
