We were confused too. The "breakfast" refers to the first meal as a married couple. It's actually a three-course dinner with wine.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

No, however you will receive a glass of champagne after the ceremony, wine with dinner as well as a drink to toast with. For additional drinks throughout the whole day there will be a cash bar... but good news, Americans, no tipping for drinks in the UK!
