Passport: Apply or Renew ASAP

Check your passport expiration date or apply for a new passport now! Passports must be valid after 6 months of travel (i.e. cannot expire before April 2024) Act now! New applicants and renewals can take 10-12 weeks. Where to go for a passport: there are three (3) options to submit your passport application: at an acceptance facility (including the post office), by mail, or at a passport agency or center. Where you apply depends on how fast you need your passport, and what passport form you are submitting.
