The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire, with darker colors preferred. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory. Our event is mostly outdoors on grass with some gravel pathways, please consider this when deciding on shoes.
Please use our website to RSVP by September 1st to all events.
You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Of course! Come when you can – just don’t forget to RSVP “no” to events you won’t be attending.
Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! We would love to offer a plus one to all guests, but we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.
Although we can’t predict the exact weather, Hot Springs in October typically features cool, crisp temperatures with highs in the 60s and 70s, and lows in the 40s.
While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many Airbnb’s available very close to the venue, and larger hotels within a 45 minute drive. The closer the better! We recommend booking early as October is a very popular month.
Please plan on arriving at 4 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30.
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!
Heck yeah! We will be offering a full open bar of wine, beer, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
The reception will end at 10:00 pm, but we can continue the celebration on the property inside the main house!
The venue is a smoke free property. However, you are welcome to smoke in the parking lot just outside of the venue.
We suggest staying close by and walking/carpooling. Parking on site is limited, so please use the town parking lot which is located on North Street Bridge. Put "Big Pillow Brewery" into your GPS and drive there. The town parking lot is the first left after you pass the brewery. You can park here and walk to the wedding (less than a 3 minute walk). Walk to the left towards the red bridge and up the driveway.
