Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta happening same time

Hello out of state family and friends! I would like to let you know that the wedding will be happening at the same time as the Albuquerque International balloon fiesta. I would highly recommend that if you are planning to make the trip out to New Mexico to book your place of stay soon. Hotels, campgrounds, RV parks, etc. will be hard to come by that time of year. The wedding will be October 11, 2019 in Albuquerque area. The reception will be in Tijeras, NM, a 20 minute drive from Albuquerque into the East Sandia/Manzano mountains off of I-40. On a positive note, the Albuquerque balloon fiesta is a beautiful time of year and an extraordinary attraction to see during your stay in ABQ. Please allow for extra time to travel around Albuquerque area as well. Thank you! Best wishes

Expect a 45 minute drive from the church 30 Nature Pointe Dr Tijeras, NM 87059 United States +1 (505) 596-0032 From San Ysidro Catholic Church: Turn Right onto Corrales Rd. Turn Left at Alameda Hwy 528 traffic light Take Alameda 528 to I-25 South, right hand lane Take I-25 South to I-40 East (Santa Rosa) From I-40 Albuquerque: Take I-40 East towards Sandia mountains. Exit 178- Zuzax Turn Right to highway 333 Turn Left onto highway 333 East (old US Highway Rd 66) *Nature Point will be 2 miles from this point* Turn right onto Five Hills Dr. (This is a small side-road to the right hand side of Highway 333) Turn Right at Griffon Rd. Turn Right at Sedillo Turn Left at Avenida Allegre Turn Left on Nature Pointe Dr. through the gates.
