Shuttle to Can Ramonet
11:30 am
The shuttle leaves from Francesc Macià, in front of Restaurant Sandor. 11:30 is the departure time, please be there ahead of time! There is also parking available on-site for wedding guests if you decide to come on your own. The venue is a 15 minute drive from Sitges, and 45 minutes from Barcelona.
Welcome
12:15 pm
The part where we are still getting ready! A small refreshment will be waiting for you at your arrival.
Ceremony
1:00 pm
The part where you all look at us wearing way nicer clothes than we are used to! It will be outside, unless it rains. The ceremony will be held in English, Mandarin and Spanish. La ceremonia se llevará a cabo en español, mandarín e inglés. 仪式将以中文、西班牙语和英语举行。
Mingling & Appetizers
2:00 pm
The part where where you can finally talk to us! And also, the official start to a long day of eating and drinking. This part will also be outside.
Lunch
4:00 pm
The part where you show us how deep your stomachs can still go after the appetizers! We will have lunch indoors and leave a bit of time for speeches. A babysitter will be available until 9PM so parents can worry just about the food and music.
Dance Party & Drinks
6:30 pm - 10:45 pm
The part where you cut lose and get drunk (responsibly)! Free drinks and a DJ will make sure the party don't stop!
1st Shuttle Service
9:00 pm
The part where the tired among us can head back home! It will be a half shuttle service, so those that really need it will take priority.
Snacks
10:00 pm
The part where you medicate your impending hangover with some savoury snacks!
2nd Shuttle service
11:00 pm
The part where we thank you all so much for coming before we all head back to our respective abodes!
