Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)

Usually the cheapest and most frequent flights from South Dakota (if that's where you're traveling in from). 4-hour drive to Flagstaff on I-17 (easy, scenic!) Car rentals are abundant. Shuttles available: Groome Transportation (PHX → Flagstaff)

Closer Option: Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG)

15 min drive to town! Small, very convenient. Flights typically route through Phoenix or Dallas. May be more expensive, limited flight times. Great option for those who want easy & stress-free.

Alternate: Las Vegas (LAS)

Sometimes cheaper than Phoenix. 4.5-hour drive to Grand Canyon South Rim or 4 hours to Flagstaff. Scenic route past Hoover Dam + Route 66.
