Hike (Groom's Choice)

6:45 am

Mount Greylock Hopper Trail

Trail running shoes and hydration recommended.

If you want to join, please text Nico at 917-952-0152. They are doing the Hopper Trail up Mount Greylock at 7:00am sharp!

Walk / Easy Hike (Bride's Choice)

10:30 am

You might have heard... we love to hike! It's been one of our favorite activities to do together. For those who are already in town, we'll gather outdoors for an easy hike/walk on the campus trails of the Clark Art Institute. The parking lot we'll meet at is 185 South Street. Right at the base of a big pasture hill. If you don't see us, call Ali at 520-360-4303!

Welcome Party

5:00 pm

Attire is casual. This will be in a tent outside (or outside if it's nice!), so bring comfortable layers.

Please join us for a fun casual dinner to kick off a lovely weekend in the Berkshires, and to relax after your long flight or car ride. We're so excited you're here! Happy hour kicks off at 5:00pm. Dinner is at 6:30pm. PARKING: You can park along the right side of the road when driving up the hill on Bulkley Street between mailboxes 264, 283, and 294. There may also be parking along the driveway at the lower address of 264 Bulkley Street, and if so. there may be a nephew or niece directing you! :) A note for parents: If you are bringing your kids to the Berkshires for the weekend, they are welcome to attend dinner on Saturday. Just let us know, and we'll plan accordingly.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm

Attire: Garden cocktail party. Ceremony will be in the grass, so consider that when planning your footwear. :)

A note for parents: There is a lot of nature and small town fun to enjoy in Williamstown, and because of that you might want your kids to join you on the trip. Perhaps you are making this a New England vacation, and we wouldn't blame you, it's a gorgeous place! Due to space limitations at our reception venue, we are unable to invite kids. We'd be happy to help you find a babysitter during the ceremony and reception. Transportation details: Shuttle transportation will be provided from the Fairfield and the Williams Inn to the ceremony and then onto the reception. We don't want you to have to worry about driving or parking. If you do drive yourself, you can park along Bulkley Street.

Reception

5:00 pm

Transportation details: Shuttle transportation will be provided from the Fairfield & the Williams Inn to the ceremony and then onto the reception (and then will bring you back again at the end of the night.) We don't want you to have to worry about driving or parking. For those who prefer to drive, there is parking available at the reception venue. Please park in the lower lot right off Cold Spring Road and walk up the stairs (if you are able). If you need an easier walk, feel free to park in the upper lot. Shuttle will be available and if you want to leave prior to 9:45, find Ali, Nicole Chandler, Keri Chandler or Steven Chandler, and we can call/text the shuttle for you to leave sooner! Otherwise, we'll announce shuttle departures as our party winds down.
