We both went to college at Rutgers University. College Ave campus has several restaurants and some historical sites from the originally built campus
AKA Rutgers Football Stadium. If you are a college football fan, it is a cool sight to see. We spent many weekends here at football games while at college, and it was always a crazy and good time.
This is a large and beautiful park in the heart of Piscataway right across the Rutgers Football Stadium. It features walking paths, a small animal farm, and the East Jersey Old Town Village- a small replica village of 1700's-1800's living and merchants
Just a 40 minute train ride away from the Big Apple. Take an easy train ride from New Brunswick Train Station, which is within walking distance from the hotel
State Theatre of New Jersey, within walking distance from the hotel, featuring various plays and performances
Catch a comedy show featuring famous celebrities. Just a walk away from the hotel as well
Various restaurants and bars on George Street, or just off a side street from George Street such as INC American Bar and Kitchen, Old Man Rafferty's, Esquina Latina, Harvest Moon Brewery and Cafe, Catherine Lombardi Restaurant, Stage Left Steakhouse, Destination Dogs, and Stuff Yer Face on Easton Ave. There are so many options about, so I would highly recommend trying at least one of these awesome restaurants!
