We will be having a few guests that are Seeing Eye Dog users. Please do not try to pet or try to get the attention of any of these working dogs. If they become distracted, even for a second, it could put their handler's life in danger. Please and thank you!
We are moving forward with the wedding as planned. With current projections and the vaccine rollout, we feel that we can safely have the wedding. The venue has several safety measures in place- constant cleaning of high-touch surface areas, all staff are wearing masks, servers from the venue will be the only ones serving food, table size limits, advanced filtration system, splash barriers between cocktail hour stations with server and guests, and tables spaced safely apart. We want to make the wedding as safe as possible, so we are also implementing various requests, which will be answered in the following questions.
We will require masks for the ceremony, waiting in line for the bar to get drinks, and movement to the bathroom. We may or may not require masks on the dance floor, that is to be determined at this time. We will also have a station with spare masks for anyone who forgets or needs one. In addition, we will have a station that has different colored wristbands for guests to have and wear to communicate their comfort level with other guests. We appreciate your understanding!
If you are not vaccinated by the time of our wedding, we would greatly appreciate it if those guests get tested or self-isolated to the best of their ability before the wedding. It will help protect those that could not get vaccinated in time, and will help put more people's mind at ease. There are many free or inexpensive options out there that can be taken. Look online or at your local town's information. We want to make this wedding as safe as we possibly can for loved ones. We would really appreciate your understanding and empathy during this difficult time.
