Hotel
This is where we will be having all wedding events. We have 19 rooms blocked off surrounding a private pool, that can only be used by our wedding guests. I have listed the link to our room block below with our discounted rates. I highly encourage everyone to stay here if possible! We have two nights blocked off, which are Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th. If you plan on staying longer and would like to add additional days before or after, go ahead and book Friday and Saturday through the link below, AND email the following: GroupRooms@avalonpalmsprings.com. Tell them the additional nights you would like to add after you have booked the Friday and Saturday dates online, and they will take care of completing your booking. Do not call the front desk because they do not handle blocked rooms for weddings.

Hotel
This is the sister property of the Avalon hotel and right next door. This is a great option if you don't want to stay at the Avalon, but want to stay close by at an adults only hotel.
Hotel
If you want a newer vibe hotel that is close to our wedding venue and is also in downtown Palm Springs, this is a great option.
Hotel
This is one of my favorite hotels in Palm Springs. It is an option in the medium price-range. This is a unique and very beautifully renovated hacienda style B&B, built in the 1920s.
Hotel
This is a great option on the lower-medium price range that is near the wedding venue.
Flight
In our opinion, this is the best option for people traveling from Atlanta with Delta! The flights are non-stop to Ontario, California, which is only 1 hr from Palm Springs. I would recommend getting a rental car as well. This is what our families will be doing!
Flight
There is no direct flight from Atlanta to Palm Springs in May, since it is the start of the less busy season. There is a Delta Airlines flight with a layover in Salt Lake City. This is a more expensive option, so I would recommend flying with Frontier, United, or Southwest, which are much cheaper. These three airlines have layovers in Denver, Colorado. I have attached the google link with all the flight options and pricing.
Flight
Another option for people flying from Atlanta is to fly into Los Angeles, California. This link takes you to all the Delta flights available. They have plenty of non-stop flights each day to choose from. This is a great option for people who plan on getting a rental car. It is a 1 hr and 45 min drive from Los Angeles to Palm Springs. All other airlines have extremely reasonable pricing as well if you're not loyal to Delta.

For the folks traveling from New Orleans, I have included a link to the best flight options for flying into Palm Springs. United seems to have the best options, considering flight length and price. You guys can also fly into LAX if you want to get a rental car.
