What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or sports coat.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend you arrive to the Osprey's at Belmont Bay 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony's 5pm start time.

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be two scheduled shuttle trips from the Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge. The first shuttle departs at 3:45pm and the second shuttle departs at 4:25pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a surface parking lot located at The Ospreys at Belmont Bay.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitted), with an indoor cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within the venue capacility. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
