Question

Where and when will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Ferncroft Country Club in Middleton, MA (10 Village Rd, Middleton, MA 01949) on November 8th, 2025. The ceremony will take place outside of the Robert Scott Room (beside the main building) along the brick aisle, weather permitting. The reception will take place in the Robert Scott Room accordingly. Please be sure to check for updates on our websites, as the date approaches.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Our wedding will follow a Cocktail/Formal attire dress code—perfect for an elegant evening affair. While we encourage a polished and elevated look, we simply ask that guests dress in a way that feels festive and appropriate for a special evening. Gentlemen may choose to wear a suit and tie, but we welcome whatever feels comfortable, stylish, and appropriate for the evening. Ladies might consider a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit—whatever helps you feel your best for a night of celebration. We’re so grateful to have you with us and look forward to a beautiful night of celebration!

When and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Attached to your invitation is a QR code that will take you directly to our RSVP page. Alternatively, you can visit the RSVP section of our wedding website or contact us directly to let us know your plans. We kindly ask that you RSVP by 09/13/2025 so we can provide an accurate headcount to our venue and caterers. If you are unable to attend, you will be missed! We kindly ask that you respond to the RSVP accordingly.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you have been given a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Are children invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, we have decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We hope you’ll use this special evening as a chance to relax and enjoy a well-deserved date night. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if I have a dietary restriction/food allergy?

Please notify us directly or when submitting the food selection in our RSVP section - that way we can make appropriate accommodations.

Are outside drinks allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought into the venue - this is strictly prohibited. To celebrate with our guests, we will be providing a complimentary champagne toast, and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Thank you for understanding.

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support! We’ve created a wedding registry with items we’d love and appreciate as we begin our life together. You can find our registry on the website under the ‘Registry’ tab. If you’d like to give a gift, you’re welcome to bring it to the bridal shower, or simply bring a card on the wedding day. More details and information to follow for the bridal shower—an invitation will be sent soon! Please don’t feel obligated—your love, presence and support are the greatest gifts of all.
