We would like to ask you to RSVP no later than August 21, 2024. You may RSVP on the RSVP page of this website.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time to allow for seating and to avoid any delays. This will give you plenty of time to get settled and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you there!
The preferred attire for our wedding is black tie optional. For masculine style, this means either a classic black tuxedo with a black bow tie, or a dark-colored suit with a conservative tie and dress shoes. For feminine style, a floor-length dress is appropriate, as is a knee-length or tea-length dress in an elegant style.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have secured a room block at the Stanley Hotel for our guests. Please refer to the Travel page for more details on this block, as well as an alternate lodging option should you prefer. If you have any questions about lodging, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Late September in Estes Park is usually mild and dry with average temperatures around 60 to 70 degrees during the day. However, given that this time of year marks the transition from summer to fall, it's important to note that the weather can be quite variable, so we recommend checking the weather forecast closer to the date of the wedding to be prepared.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors. There will be outdoor areas for mingling during both cocktail hour and the reception so that our guests can enjoy the beautiful grounds of the Stanley Hotel during the festivities.
The Stanley Hotel is offering free parking to all of our guests, regardless of whether or not they are staying at the hotel. Upon your arrival, please let the gate attendant know you are a guest of the Quigley wedding and they will let you park for free.
We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn / Williams Sonoma. We also have cash and honey funds available for contributions through Zola. You can view more details on the Registry page in the top navigation of this website.
